OVERVIEW:

Hockey is a multidimensional sport, and preparing your body physically away from the rink is vital to a players career. Physical training in hockey is very specific. Not only does proper training directly translate to on ice performance, it can prolong a players longevity in the game. Young players must learn proper technique, build a strong foundation, and develop habits that will lead to a successful career in Hockey!

 60 Minute Sessions

(Group 1)   8-11 Years Old

(Group 2)  12-13 Years Old

(Group 3)  14+ Years Old

***ONLY 4 PLAYERS PER GROUP


PRICING:

Package A     $525   (14 Sessions)

Package B     $525   (14 Sessions)

Package C     $950   (28 Sessions)


TIMES:

-School Dates-

Group 1             4-5pm

Group 2             5-6pm

Group 3             6-7pm

-Summer Dates-

Group 1             9-10am

Group 2             10-11am

Group 3             11-12pm


SPECIFICS:

There will be 4 make up sessions TBA in the fall (Your allowed up to 2 make up sessions package A & B). Each Package will include a HBH Workout t-shirt,  and baseline testing beginning and end of program.
